The grid modernization community is set to gather in St. Louis for the upcoming UCA CIM Users Group meeting, a premier event focused on the future of energy infrastructure. Taking place September 22–24, 2026, at the Emerson | AspenTech facility, this three-day conference will explore the theme: “From CIM Models to Grid Ops: Bridging the T&D Planning-Operations Gap via NMM.”
This event offers a vital space for utilities, RTOs, ISOs, vendors, and researchers to share insights, examine real-world use cases, and discuss how the IEC Network Model Management (NMM) standard is enabling more agile, data-driven decision-making across the power grid.How to Get Involved
The organizers are currently accepting submissions for the event. If you have expertise in CIM implementation, integration strategies, or valuable lessons learned, you are encouraged to present. Please note that abstracts are due by July 15, 2026.
